Chamiyala is a beautiful town situated on the left bank of the river Balganga. Chamiyala is also known as Matru ke Chori, which used to be the abode of a saint named Matru. This place, with a population of more than 10,000, has spread within a radius of around 3 km, and today it is the main market for the people of Kemar, Basar, and Argarh (patti). Beleshwar Dham is also the center of faith for the people of Kemar in Chamiyala. It is believed that the Pandavas saw the Bhil form of Lord Shiva here.
